Aga Khan Agency for Habitat Supports Flood Victims in Kharmang
The Aga Khan Agency for Habitat (AKAH) has stepped forward to support families affected by the recent floods in Kharmang district. Under the BRAVE program, AKAH provided a one-month food ration to the flood victims.
The relief goods were distributed during a ceremony attended by Assistant Commissioner Kharmang Kifayat Hussain, Administrative Officer Mehdi Ali Khan, and Ismaili Local Council Skardu member Kamal Uddin.

Officials’ Remarks
Speaking on the occasion, Assistant Commissioner Kharmang thanked AKAH for their timely support. He said that such efforts not only fulfill the urgent needs of affected families but also give them hope and courage during difficult times.

Victims’ Response
The flood victims appreciated the initiative and expressed gratitude to AKAH, stating that the organization has always stood with them during natural disasters. For the families, this assistance came as much-needed relief.
