Cairo, September 28, 2025 – A wedding celebration in Egypt’s Aswan turned into a scene of tragedy when the groom, identified as Ashraf Abu Hakim, collapsed and died while dancing with his bride.

Sudden Tragedy in Aswan

According to eyewitnesses, the groom was joyfully holding his bride’s hand on the dance floor when he suddenly fell to the ground. Guests immediately rushed to provide first aid, but despite all efforts, Ashraf could not be revived. Doctors later confirmed that he died of a sudden heart attack.

Celebration Turns into Mourning

Just moments before the incident, the hall was filled with music, drums, and laughter. Within minutes, the joyous occasion transformed into grief, with cries and mourning replacing the festive atmosphere.
